TCFA New York Panel Discussion: Job Search Process in the Financial Industry

TCFA New York Chapter is excited to announce a Panel Discussion on the Job Search Process in the Financial Industry on Friday, April 1, 2011. The panel will feature the following speakers:

• - senior professionals experienced in recruiting MBA students from top business schools for major investment banks
• - a science Ph.D. who has successfully transitioned into a career in finance
• - a second-year MBA student who has landed a coveted offer from a leading Wall Street firm for a position in China

The panelists will focus on:

• - behind-the-scene stories of how Wall Street firms identify and recruit talents from campuses
• - why the interview is not the only thing that matters
• - how to navigate the recruiting season
• - how to stand out from the crowd
• - interview do's and don'ts
• - how to transition from other fields into finance
• - and other questions that you may have
