Shannon Wang Director

Shannon joined TCFA in 2005 and has been involved in event planning since 2007. She is currently an associate with the Financial Markets practice of CRA International (formerly, Charles River Associates), an economic, financial, and business consulting firm. She works with financial institutions and law firms involved in securities litigations, such as mutual fund market timing / late trading and the current Subprime lending allegations, providing economic foundations for procedural and liability arguments. She also assisted corporate clients with their valuation and business matters, such as modeling securities having embedded options for energy companies. She holds a MA in Economics & Finance from Brandeis University. She studied her undergraduate degrees at the University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University.
