Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls and provide web knowledge and technical support to clients.
· Support Requests include:
-Website Updates (basic changes/edits);
-Product Related Outbound Calls (Client education, Billing, Questionnaires and Approvals);
-Troubleshooting client issues.
· Consult and upsell on additional products.
· Perform quality assurance for client websites and new product releases.
· Attending staff and client meetings.
· Tracking sales and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Quick learner can quickly acquire the knowledge to interpret Haitou’s value
· A willingness to take direction, as well as individual initiative.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
· Help clients reach their financial goals through an in-depth understanding of financial concepts, investment vehicle knowledge, and client service.
· Collaborate with the investment team to deliver an appropriate portfolio customized to meet clients’ specific needs.
· Collaborate with the marketing team and be an active participant in prospecting and lead generation activities. Including but not limited to attending local seminars, joining networking groups, and utilizing web based marketing.
· Develop a trusting relationship with clients through regularly scheduling and conducting financial planning reviews.
Qualifications
· CFP® and/or CFA Designation is a strong plus.
· Degree in a business related field such as finance or accounting is a plus
· Consultative Sales experience is a plus
· Experience with financial planning and/or customer relationship management software is a plus
· Ability to obtain required licenses within 90 days of hire.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
