三、招聘流程

America Data Center
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the department head to perform IT risk management for the department, and acting as the IT liaison of audit requests and coordinate across the bank to prepare solutions. Front Line Roles
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of Corporate Banking Department’s business procedures. The incumbent will also assist Quality Control Unit to identify, assess, monitor and report risk issues and KRIs. S/He will also lead the task of post-closing loan management, training and coaching, advising and coordinating new product assessment. We are looking for a candidate who has at least a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in credit portfolio management. Experience in covering different industries including energy, technology, material, aviation, and/or real estate is preferred. The incumbent will be responsible for managing portfolios among Syndicated Loans, Merger & Acquisition Finance and Project Loans. S/He will also be responsible for marketing the Bank to develop customers, eliciting loan proposal, evaluating and controlling the risk, booking the loan, monitoring the risk in the portfolio, in accordance with credit policy and Bank Secrecy Act regulations. We are looking for a candidate who has at least a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in corporate lending and customer relationship management.
The incumbent will be responsible for business development of project and structure financing and conduct credit analysis including preparing credit reports, term sheets and marketing materials. Main tasks include marketing and interaction with clients (marketing products, negotiating term sheets, attending meetings and reviewing legal documents), credit/quantitative analysis (financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, industry analysis, credit application, term sheet, pitch book, post-lending management) and internal communication with management and compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for soliciting and originating new businesses focusing on the China related transactions such as fully secured bilateral loans, deposits and treasury service products, researching and examining credit risk, assess credit history, and providing credit recommendation of the related loans and deposits. We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in commercial banking. The candidate should be able to engage with other internal bank areas including in additional to interacting with clients and prospects. S/he is expected to be able to work independently and excel in Excel, Argus and other spreadsheet analysis, ratio calculation and analysis, cash flow projection and analysis, sensitivity testing and scenario analysis.
The incumbent will be responsible for the origination and management of a portfolio of clients by offering the product suite of the Bank, including but not limited to deposits, lending, commodity financing, trade and structured finance. We are looking for a candidate with 10 years of banking experience with 5-6 years in structured financing and 5-6 years as a product manager or relationship manager with a large bank. Data Related Roles
The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day analytics and reporting of the Bank’s data quality and related metrics, by maintaining data quality processes and following data quality procedures. S/he will perform data quality activities including data quality rule creation, edit checks, issue identification, root cause analysis; maintain and enhance data quality scorecard and dashboard, communicate with data stewards; and coordinate remediation activities. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or above with 3 or more years of professional work experience in the financial services industry focused on data. The incumbent will manage the governance and oversight of the Record Retention program across the Bank. S/he will manage the Record Retention program activities and drive improvement in the overall health and wellness of the Bank’s Record Retention. The position will include document (i.e. SharePoint) governance, taxonomy, and implementation. Internal Audit Related Roles
The incumbent will assist the IT Audit team for the design and execution of audit coverage for the Bank’s US IT audit program. The coverage responsibilities pertain to audits of IT systems, applications and operations, attendant risk undertaken in the lines of business and control functions. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to execution and supervision of the audit coverage strategy of the IT program, and design and implementation of testing of the IT audit programs in the Bank. S/he will prepare and distill summary of audit findings and recommendations, follow up with the compliance leaders and their teams to ensure control issues are effectively resolved, and coordinate with the key stakeholders to identify emerging issues and distill thematic or systemic control issues. The incumbent will support the oversight, design, and execution of audit coverage and validation for the Bank’s US AML program consisting of the Bank Secrecy Act, the US Patriot Act, and other AML, OFAC, and related regulatory requirements (“AML program”) and the compliance program. The incumbent will assist the general counsel on advising on complex credit and lending transactions and providing enhanced legal support to business areas. S/he will prepare standard loan documentation for complex credit and lending transactions with client, including loans secured by financial assets and real estate and syndication loan document review, analysis, and advisory, general contracts. In addition, s/he will assist in advising the business on complex transactions and initiatives related to the Bank lending and coordinating with other attorneys and legal personnel, and supporting business units regarding cross-border transactions, coordinating closing and funding and handling post-closing as required. We are looking for a candidate with JD or LLM above and at least 5 years’ experience in legal advising and counselling. Global Market Related Roles
The incumbent is responsible for pricing model development, client categorization analysis, risk control, market research and provides support to serve clients’ hedging needs. S/he will be supporting product team to assist the new product development, collaborate with the trading desk to facilitate the deal executions; be responsible for analyzing research report and financial market news, conducting a business analysis, analyzing FX and interest rate to support risk exposures management. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of New Activity Risk Management framework and process in accordance with Heightened Standard and other regulatory requirements. Strategy and Research Related Roles
The incumbent will conduct market/peer, macro and gap analysis, assist with evaluating the performance of each business line, identify the gap between the projected objectives and realized objectives, and analyze the reasons. We are looking for someone who has 0-3 years of banking experience and is bilingual in Mandarin and English. The candidate who has strong Chinese writing skills and Microsoft Office Application skillsets is highly preferred.
The incumbent will assist the Bank to monitor banking industry dynamics, research, monitor and forecast on US macroeconomic, interest rates, financial conditions and regulations, monetary and monetary policy, collect and analyze the relevant data, and assist the Bank with providing reports for the BOCNY branch and the HO. Treasury Related Roles
The Balance Sheet Management team is responsible for managing the Bank’s assets and liabilities, liquidity risks and Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) design/implementation. The incumbent will focus to design and implement the FTP policy & procedures and work with relevant departments on the execution. The role has broad exposures to senior management and risk and business management. The incumbent requires strong understanding on balance sheet management and demonstrated work experience on the FTP methodology and implementation. 1-6 years of relevant experience is required, Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred but not required.
The incumbent will help strengthen the funding and liquidity function within Treasury. This role is responsible for helping optimize funding management. S/he should have good knowledge of the funding and liquidity management or ALM management operations in a commercial bank. S/he will help propose short-term and long-term funding plans based on funding needs, identify short-term investment opportunities, review daily and monthly cash flow projections, review daily Fed balance projections, and review daily EWI monitoring. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of commercial banking experience related to liquidity and funding management/ALM management. Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin is required.
Trade Services Related Roles
The role will be coordinating and supervising the activities of Import L/C Section and leading the effort in Operations team to participate in compliance and risks control as according to departmental compliance and risks control procedures and as directed by the department head and BSA officer. We are looking for someone who has/is: 1) At least 8+ years of working experience including 5+ years in similar managerial positions with solid experience in Letters of Credit in sizable banks; 2) Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred; 3) Ability to apply for new technology and improve the quality and capacity of compliance assignments; 4) Strong communication skills and computer skills (MS Office); 5) Knowledge of financial analysis and carious ICC Publications related to Letters of Credit operations.
This incumbent will be responsible for initiating the marketing of trade finance strategy, including traditional trade finance, structured trade finance, factoring and supply chain finance , to expand trade finance business including customer base, business volume, profit contribution and market presence. This role is also responsible for developing new products and onboarding new customers according to the Bank’s RGF and departmental compliance and risk control procedures, and as directed by the department Head and the BSA Officer. The position will be responsible for the overall coordination of Export Section including 1) assisting with the examining the work assignments and addressing complaints and resolving problems; 2) preparing reports and identifying areas of improvements. The role will also control documents handling and ensure that the documents are handled and completed and in accordance with the department’s policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who has at least 6+ years solid experience in Letters of Credit in banking. Bilingual ability in Mandarin is preferred.
Los Angeles Branch
The incumbent will be responsible for marketing Fortune 500 companies and U.S. subsidiaries of investment grade foreign companies based in the West Coast of the United States; originating and promoting the Bank’s ancillary services and products including Supply Chain and Account Receivable Finance; co-managing syndicated loan portfolio and analyzing risk exposures; developing marketing plans and strategies so as to maximize customer base and the Bank’s market share. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related discipline; should have at least 10 years of corporate lending experience specialized in Syndicated Loans, Club Deals and Participation Loans along with strong communication, leadership and management skills.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing quality assurance and risk control on daily KYC and compliance related business activities; monitoring compliance risks; identifying compliance discrepancies and recommending appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner; administering various Quality Assurance Reports; and performing any other duties as assigned by Branch Management. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational level in related disciplines; should have at least 8 years of experience in commercial lending, loan administration, quality assurance and risk control in banking industry along with strong communication skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for performing independent quality control and risk assessment of daily operations and business transactions of the Branch; delivering a range of support in the areas of fraud prevention, risk mitigation and quality control; preparing relevant risk management and quality control reports and/or quality assurance reports as required. Chicago Branch
The incumbent will be responsible for marketing companies, banks and other financial institutions, originating and promoting the Bank’s trade services and finance products, managing loan portfolio and analyzing risk exposures, maximizing customer base and the Bank’s market share. S/he will work with various branches and correspondent banks to develop new business and promote existing products; develop business with domestic clients; monitor monthly report of the department about trade services and finance; prepare and review credit files for existing and new customers. We are looking for someone with Bachelor’s degree or above in business/finance related majors who have at least 5-8 years’ banking experience specialized in trade finance. S/he should have strong experience in marketing, trade services and finance products. An ideal candidate should have strong background n relationship management, marketing, risk management and assessment knowledge. Legal background and regulatory knowledge is a huge plus, and bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred but not required.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting with market analyses, portfolio management, loan underwriting, CRR preparation, and client relationship building in the Midwest, among other duties. The Chief Compliance Officer ensures the Investment is in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s standards of conduct, facilitate the expansion, create and maintain overall business compliances, leverage knowledge to assist business developments. The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible
· Oversee the development of Compliance policy and procedures designed to ensure that the Adviser and the Funds are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations of the SEC, ERISA, FINRA and various state agencies.
· Through effective management of staff, oversee the Adviser’s compliance practices in the investment management of the 40 ACT funds, institutional, wealth advisory and wrap lines of business
· Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develops and implements corrective action plans as needed
· Supports the strategic plans of the business in digital/mobile banking and lending; this position is responsible for the Consumer Compliance function encompassing Regulatory Risk, Fair Lending, and Financial Crime Prevention Compliance Audit teams to ensure that policies and processes are appropriate, competitive and consistent with Management's risk tolerance.
· Possesses deep knowledge of bank and non-bank financial institution related regulatory requirements, specifically related to consumer compliance regulations, and industry "best practices" for compliance programs in larger banking or consumer lending organizations.
· Provides compliance advice and guidance to senior management and as needed, to the firm’s investment professionals
· Oversee the preparation of required annual compliance report for Adviser.
· Responsible for Regulatory filings, including form ADV, 13F,13G, and foreign company filings
· Review and maintenance of Compliance Manuals
· Ensure compliance of sales and marketing activities and practices at Good Hope
· Oversee the day to day administration of the Firms Code of Ethics for Personal Trading and ensures compliance with advisor policies.
· Oversee the monitoring of compliance portfolio transactions and trading activity at all Good Hope locations.
· Monitors mutual fund and institutional compliance with objectives and guidelines at Good Hope.
· Oversee maintenance of Good Hope Group and Fund regulatory and internal records.
· Assists in the contracting process with vendors and clients.
· Partner with Virtus compliance in maintaining branch office registration and continuing education requirements.
· Oversee the testing, development and/or revising procedures designed to ensure compliance with the Investment Advisers and Investment Company Acts
· Performing other tasks/projects as assigned or required
Requirements of the Marketing Manager:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience as a compliance officer with an investment adviser specializing in the institutional and fund marketplace.
· In-depth knowledge of regulations and interpretations under the Investment Adviser Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940.
· Broad knowledge of securities’ law including ERISA, FINRA, and State regulations
· Knowledge of portfolio compliance, trading, marketing, and back Office
· Significant experience and understanding of the retirement and securities industry including knowledge of insurance regulations across the spectrum of AIG's Life & Retirement businesses, including retirement plans, life insurance, fixed and variable annuities and mutual funds.
· Skill in identifying problems/making decisions (e.g., prioritization of tasks; interpretation of rules and policies
· The ability to form and develop relationships at all levels of the business is a critical element of this position.
· MBA or Law Degree and FINRA series 7, 24 and 65/66 licenses are highly desirable.

Position: Senior Trader/Market Maker
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
1) Manage your own trading book and the associated risk in alignment with the Group's risk policy.
2) Formulate trading strategies and identify the trading opportunities across exchanges, ECNs, dark pools and other broker-dealers.
3) Fulfil the market making obligations and comply with the trading rules and regulations.
4) Participate in the development or expansion of the trading desk and the IT infrastructure.
5) Provide assistance for the exchanges/ECNs membership application and corresponding setup on trading desk.
6) Work with other Front Desks, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance etc. in both local and oversea offices.
Requirements:
1) In-depth knowledge of US equity markets, and at least 3 years of experience in equity or ETF market making.
2) Proven track record in generating positive PnL in market making business.
3) Familiar with the trading rules and market making obligations.
4) Strong knowledge in trading technology, proficiency with order management systems, market making systems, Bloomberg, excel and VBA.
5) Excellent analytical, quantitative and financial skill, with strong attention to detail.
6) Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Investment Analyst Intern
Zenity Holdings is seeking an Investment Analyst Intern to join its newly formed New York Office. The Investment Analyst Intern will work closely with the team on a variety of projects including company and industry research.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct research on industry trends and various investment opportunities across different industry sectors
· Evaluate potential investment opportunities of large corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as early-stage start-up company investments, etc.
· Analyze company fundamentals including but not limited to building financial models and forward looking forecasts
· Support senior members on various projects and ad-hoc tasks and assignments for the office
Qualifications:
· Working experience in related industries such as banking, investment, finance, etc. is highly preferred Experience working as part of a deal team or investment team, or experience with M&A transactions at bulge-bracket investment banks or within the corporate development team of large corporations, or investment experience with well-known private equity firms or venture capitals is highly preferred
