Chenyang Wei is a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. His research interests cover U.S. fixed income market, corporate finance and corporate governance. Currently he is working on issues related to bank governance and compensation reform, U.S. corporate risk taking and executive incentive design, and U.S. bank stress testing. His research papers have been published on Review of Financial Studies. Chenyang joined The Chinese Finance Association in 2001, and currently serves as a TCFA Board director and the Co-Chair of the TCFA New York Chapter. He was Committee Chair for the TCFA Best Paper program from 2006 to 2010. Chenyang holds a Ph.D. in Finance from New York University, a M.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. (Finance) from Tsinghua University.
