Catherine Li is currently the founder of Silverchain Ventures, which aims to provide advisory service and investment fund to startup companies with high potential and focus on fintech and Blockchain technologies. Catherine is also an advisor to many high-tech companies, such as Fintech Payment Corporation, Bolb Inc. and Bottos, etc. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey she was a senior credit risk executive at Bank of America with 17-year financial industry experience, assuming various leadership roles in technology, data and analytics as well as credit risk management. She holds Master in Computer Science and Environmental Economics from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in US and East China Normal University in China. She is also a CFA charter holder and currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two lovely daughters.

Xuejun Zhu currently works for Bank of America as a director in the Corporate Treasury department responsible for the balance and pricing model development of $1 trillion loan assets and end-to-end Net Interest Income forecast process. Prior to Bank of America he assumed senior leadership roles in Regions Financial, Wells Fargo and Capital One Financial and Fannie Mae, leading teams to develop models for retail and wholesale credit risk management, such as scorecards, credit balance and loss forecast, pricing and capital charge etc., and to coordinate the analytical adoption among various line of business. Xuejun holds Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Xuejun currently resides in Charlotte NC with his wife and two young daughters.
Treasurer of Charlotte Chapter
Jing Zhou has more than 10-year leadership experience in finance and consulting and is currently a Director at Bank of America leading the consolidation function at Balance Sheet Management with the focus of coordination between Corporate Treasury and various business lines. Prior to Bank of America, Jing worked for Ernst & Young as a senior manager to lead multiple teams and to provide the auditing and advisory service to companies in China and US, where her expertise in accounting, financial and risk management created tremendous values to her clients. Jing earned Bachelor in Accounting from Xiamen University and MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a CFA charter holder and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Tax Agent in China. Jing resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and 9-month son.
