Maggie Jiang is currently a Senior Director at Credit Suisse and has worked in the structured finance field for more than fifteen years. Maggie currently focuses on the primary debt capital market, where she helps to facilitate public, private, or syndicated transactions for various types of institutional investors. Maggie’s clients include large frequent issuers, opportunistic hedge funds, financial intermediaries, start-ups, and one-off special projects. Her expertise includes origination, structuring, risk assessment, funding, advisory, and internal credit approval, for billions of assets across a wide range of spectrum in the primary market. Throughout the securitization process, she brings a wide range of parties to execute and fund the transactions.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Maggie has held various positions at other top-tier companies, and has spoken at several industry conferences.
Maggie is a Director on the TCFA Board and is also the Co-Chairperson for the New York Chapter. Maggie has been a long-time core member of TCFA and has made valuable contributions our organization as Board Member and Chapter Chair. She has worked tirelessly to organize many key events that differentiate TCFA from other organizations, and promote the TCFA brand name and member loyalty. Maggie is also a strong supporter of young students and women in the work place.
Dr. Chenyang (Jason) Wei is Director and Head of Credit Risk Research in the Asset Management Group of American International Group (AIG). His team conducts credit market surveillance and sector fundamental research in support of AIG’s multi-billion credit portfolios (+$300bn). Before joining AIG in 2012, he was a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and earlier an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. His previous experience in the regulatory domain includes U.S. bank stress testing, credit surveillance and model validation, bank governance and compensation reform, etc. His research articles were published in top-tier academic or policy journals including Review of Financial Studies and Economic Policy Review.
He is a regular presenter at academic/regulatory/industrial conferences, and has done executive teaching for a number of institutions including People Bank of China School of Finance (PBCSF) at Tsinghua University, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), Cheung Kung Graduate School of Business, Moody’s, etc.
Dr. Wei is currently Chairman of Board of The Chinese Finance Association (TCFA), the largest global association of Chinese finance professionals with 6000+ members worldwide. He is former TCFA President (2014-2015) and Chair of TCFA New York Chair. He founded TCFA Best Paper program in 2006 and TCFA Best Paper Symposium in 2010, TCFA’s flagship academic programs. Dr. Wei is also a Board member of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management North-America Alumni Association.
Dr. Wei holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Stern School of Business at New York University, a M.S. in Economics from University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. (Finance) from Tsinghua University.

魏晨阳是全美华人金融协会(TCFA)现任理事长。他于2014-2015年间任协会主席,是TCFA最佳学术论文及年度论坛活动发起人和前主席(2006-09)。魏晨阳同时现任清华大学经济管理学院北美校友会理事和美东分会副会长。
魏晨阳曾获纽约大学金融学博士,德州大学奥斯汀分校经济学硕士和清华大学经济管理学院金融学学士学位。
Li Liu is one of TCFA NY Chapter leads, and Executive Director and head of Market Risk Capital in the risk management department of Morgan Stanley, responsible for market risk capital and securitization capital. His team’s responsibilities include calculating Basel 3 capital, FRTB program, and projecting RWAs for CCAR. Previously Li was a director and head of US Derivatives Counter Party Exposure Management team at Barclays from 2009 to 2015. He provided real time sizing of margins and exposures for structured derivatives and financing transactions, performed stress testing counter party portfolios, and participated in Basel 3 rollout.
Until September 2009 he was a Managing Director and portfolio manager at Babson Capital Management LLC, a fixed income asset management firm with $110 billion under management. Since joining Babson in May 2005, Li introduced $1.0 to $1.4 billion non-mortgage ABS investments including both consumer and commercial asset backed securities to several Babson managed accounts, resulting in far superior and uncorrelated returns from other structured products.
Prior to Babson, Li worked as originator and underwriter in asset backed finance at Radian Asset Assurance Inc for 3 years. Prior to Radian, Li worked as desk quant and trader in foreign exchange and money market at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. Li holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago, and a B.S. from Peking University.
Dr. Bo Liu is currently working as a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has more than 10 years working experience as a desk/risk quant from major financial institutions. His team is responsible for enterprise level regulator capital, economic capital and Basel related modeling. Before joined BofA, he worked at J. P. Morgan and UBS as a risk quant to cover counterparty and credit risk modeling. He also worked as a desk quant to support structured credit trading desk at Citigroup and a model developer at Fitch Ratings. Dr. Liu was also an adjunct profession at Rutgers Business School. Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Finance and MBA from Rutgers Business School, M.S. in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and B.S. in Statistics from Beijing Normal University. His research has been published in several prominent academic journals.
Dr. Liu is the current CFO of TCFA and Board Director. Since joined TCFA in 2006, he has been involved in the core management team and held various positions including Board Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. Dr. Liu also served in TCFA accounting committee and Best Paper Award review committee.
