Maggie Jiang is currently a Senior Director at Credit Suisse and has worked in the structured finance field for more than fifteen years. Maggie currently focuses on the primary debt capital market, where she helps to facilitate public, private, or syndicated transactions for various types of institutional investors. Maggie’s clients include large frequent issuers, opportunistic hedge funds, financial intermediaries, start-ups, and one-off special projects. Her expertise includes origination, structuring, risk assessment, funding, advisory, and internal credit approval, for billions of assets across a wide range of spectrum in the primary market. Throughout the securitization process, she brings a wide range of parties to execute and fund the transactions.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Maggie has held various positions at other top-tier companies, and has spoken at several industry conferences.
Maggies is a Director on the TCFA Board and is also the Co-Chairperson for the New York Chapter. Maggie has been a long-time core member of TCFA and has made valuable contributions our organization as Board Member and Chapter Chair. She has worked tirelessly to organize many key events that differentiate TCFA from other organizations, and promote the TCFA brand name and member loyalty. Maggie is also a strong supporter of young students and women in the work place.
Dr. Hao Wu is the Managing Partner and CEO of Sino-Century Investment Management Co., Ltd., a private equity firm that invests in high-growth companies in China.Prior to Sino-Century, Dr. Wu worked at AIG Global Investments where he advised AIG companies in Asia and Europe on investment strategies and Radian Group as Managing Director and Head of Global Financial Products. Dr. Wu received a B.S. in Physics from Fudan University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and MBA from University of Southern California. Dr. Wu holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
Dr. Wu previously served as the President of The Chinese Finance Association.

Chenyang Wei is a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. His research interests cover U.S. fixed income market, corporate finance and corporate governance. Currently he is working on issues related to bank governance and compensation reform, U.S. corporate risk taking and executive incentive design, and U.S. bank stress testing. His research papers have been published on Review of Financial Studies. Chenyang joined The Chinese Finance Association in 2001, and currently serves as a TCFA Board director and the Co-Chair of the TCFA New York Chapter. He was Committee Chair for the TCFA Best Paper program from 2006 to 2010. Chenyang holds a Ph.D. in Finance from New York University, a M.S. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. (Finance) from Tsinghua University.
Kun Gao is a Quantitative Portfolio Manager at Tudor Investment Corporation, where he manages a team developing and trading systematic equity strategies in global markets. Prior to joining Tudor, he was a Portfolio Manager at WorldQuant, L.L.C. where he designed and traded a computer-driven global equity portfolio. Previously, he has worked for Morgan Stanley and Caxton Associates, L.L.C. Kun holds a B.S. in Probability and Statistics from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Yale University.
Dr. Mo is a managing director and the chief economist at AIG. In this role, he is responsible for developing international residential and commercial real estate forecast models, and provides macroeconomic projections for the firm’s asset management (+$350bn AUM) and insurance businesses. Dr. Mo joined AIG December 2013.
Previously, Dr. Mo worked as a director and senior economist in the Economics Research team at Credit Suisse. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Dr. Mo worked as a research assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). Dr. Mo has published in top-tier academic journals and has regularly presented at academic, regulatory, and industrial conferences. His research work was regularly quoted by the world’s leading financial media. Dr. Mo has also done executive teaching at a number of institutions including Tsinghua PBC School of Finance, Cheung Kung Graduate School of Business, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, etc.
Dr. Mo received both his MPhil and PhD in Economics from the Graduate School and University Center, City University of New York and BS in Electronics and Information System from Zhongshan University. He also studied in the Mathematics in Finance Program at New York University and in the Economics Program at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, respectively. Dr. Mo is a CFA charter holder. He is also a member of Council for Asset and Investment Management at The Institute of International Finance (IIF), The Economic Club of New Work and a Board member of The Chinese Finance Association (TCFA).
Dr. Bo Liu is currently working as a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has more than 10 years working experience as a desk/risk quant from major financial institutions. His team is responsible for enterprise level regulator capital, economic capital and Basel related modeling. Before joined BofA, he worked at J. P. Morgan and UBS as a risk quant to cover counterparty and credit risk modeling. He also worked as a desk quant to support structured credit trading desk at Citigroup and a model developer at Fitch Ratings. Dr. Liu was also an adjunct profession at Rutgers Business School. Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. in Finance and MBA from Rutgers Business School, M.S. in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and B.S. in Statistics from Beijing Normal University. His research has been published in several prominent academic journals.
Dr. Liu is the current CFO of TCFA and Board Director. Since joined TCFA in 2006, he has been involved in the core management team and held various positions including Board Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. Dr. Liu also served in TCFA accounting committee and Best Paper Award review committee.
